		<description>Yup.... Fruit and vegetables are good sources of nutrients that can never be found in other foods. However, most of the time, our diet only contain carbos and proteins. Less veggies because they do not seem palatable and some even eat lesser fruits compared to ice creams, and other sweet stuffs. This is the main reason why here in America, our population has grown obese. 

All in all, I agree that we need three things: positive attitude, diet, and exercise to become healthy.

Lack of fruits and vegetables cause our insides to swell up and get inflamed ,which are the cause of certain types of cancer. Avoid cancer and eat your fruits and vegetables!!!</description>
