		<description>I mostly eat apple after meal, If i run out of apples, I change my dessert with banana, I Eat any kind of Vegetable, I love them, especially Broccoli. 		<description>I think that so much of losing weight is just making healthier choices.  It has to be a change that can fit within your long term lifestyle, and not some crazy extreme diet so that you can stick with it long term.  Certainly most people can work in eating more fruit and vegetables into their daily routine and it goes a long way as one healthy building block in the overall foundation.</description>

		<description>Yup.... Fruit and vegetables are good sources of nutrients that can never be found in other foods. However, most of the time, our diet only contain carbos and proteins. Less veggies because they do not seem palatable and some even eat lesser fruits compared to ice creams, and other sweet stuffs. This is the main reason why here in America, our population has grown obese. 

All in all, I agree that we need three things: positive attitude, diet, and exercise to become healthy.
