If you just go for long jogs at the same pace all of the time, your body gets used to it, where as coupling high intensity runs and slow jogs (2 minute intervals) keeps your body guessing thus helping it burn more fat!</description>

		<description>I have been trying to loss weight every since. After my college days I didn&#039;t get any chances to maintain my natural weight instead I gain more than the usual. No more cheerdance, no more stress from school and thinking of exams and different school activities. I have tried different way of losing weight, the natural way of exercising and going to the gym and the other easy way is to take some pills. After a while I did loss weight but I become tired of doing this and still crave for food and I stopped now I gained more weight than the usual and still keeping this battle hoping to loss weight. Sigh!!!</description>
