		<description>I&#039;ve come across the &quot;magic&quot; of coconut recently and let me tell you that it works wonders for weight loss.  Don&#039;t let the fact that it&#039;s almost all saturated fat scare you off - the medium chain fatty acids on coconut can but burned as fuel by the body immediately unlike other fat that has to be processed by the liver first.  If you are trying to lose weight, start eating coconut you won&#039;t believe how amazing it is!

		<description>For me, living a healthy life style really depends on one&#039;s self. Meaning to say, learning to discipline one self is one way to do this. For others this might be hard but having that self-discipline is not that difficult this healthy life style to achieve. Somebody put this in my mind that &quot;too much is dangerous&quot;. I&#039;ve increased my fat intake and dropped carbohydrates way down (no grains), and can tell you that excessive carb intake plays a much bigger role in weight issues than most people think.  Fat is your friend! (healthy fats of course).</description>

		<description>Loved the advice and the idea of consistency with flexibility.  I try to stick to a basic plan of oatmeal and banana for breakfast, large salad and Lean Cuisine for lunch, fruit in the afternoon as a snack, and homemade veggies soup or protein shake for dinner.  This has helped me to get the required servings of fruits and vegetables as well as limited my cooking time.  I make a batch of soup at the beginning of the week which saves time and effort.  I also have one piece of whole grain bread or roll with dinner if I&#039;m still hungry.</description>

		<description>One of the best things that helped me to stay away from the fatty foods was to pre-make my lunches and to buy everything ahead of time at the store. I try to snack at least five times a day similar to having five small healthy meals each day. This speeds up my metabolism and helps me to stay away from the more junkier foods.</description>
