Does anyone else have problems with waking in the night and finding themselves eating in the kitchen, feeling like they are out of control with it?

If so how did you stop? My weight is pilling on and with night time binges is only getting worse.

		<description>I&#039;ve come across the &quot;magic&quot; of coconut recently and let me tell you that it works wonders for weight loss.  Don&#039;t let the fact that it&#039;s almost all saturated fat scare you off - the medium chain fatty acids on coconut can but burned as fuel by the body immediately unlike other fat that has to be processed by the liver first.  If you are trying to lose weight, start eating coconut you won&#039;t believe how amazing it is!

For others this might be hard but having that self-discipline is not that difficult this healthy life style to achieve. Somebody put this in my mind that &quot;too much is dangerous&quot;.
