		<description>In my opinion adopting  a healthy diet chart is the best option then of doing exercise in GYM or going for other weight loos programs. And the most important part is breakfast and it should be healthy all the time. I agree with you that skipping breakfast may lead to weight gain. It&#039;s really important to manage the the breakfast schedule.</description>

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

The key is for your breakfast to be protein and fiber-based.

Protein to build muscle.

Fiber to fill your stomach so that you feel fuller for longer.

My personal favorite is Quaker Oats Weight Control Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal, with one tablespoon of peanut butter, and one handful of almonds and blueberries.

I get the protein, complex carbs, Omega-3&#039;s and antioxidants I need.</description>

		<description>I try to eat breakfast, but I prefer sleeping longer instead :) Luckily we have snacks at work so I grab a yogurt and a Special K bar and I&#039;m good until lunch. I&#039;m usually not that hungry in the mornings either.</description>
