If you have been trying to lose weight in the last few months, chances are that you have heard of the Acai Berry. Truth to be told, just eating the Acai Berry alone will probably not make you skinny if you keep up your old eating habits and lifestyle (yes, I know, we keep hearing that over and over and over – that’s because it’s true!).

Yet, if you combine it with a healthier diet and some exercise, the acai berry can be a fantastic weight loss aid. It contains a very powerful combination of antioxidants, essential fatty acids, amino acids and phytosterols. In their concentration within the acai berry they help your body to process food easier and to burn fat more easily, – and they increase the efficiency of you bodies overall functions.

    @Petra: My dear I’m really puzzled as to why his comment is still up. Delete the damn thing once and for all. I got one of his type prowling around my blog.     Back to the topic @ hand. Acai berry seems to have practically all of Jon Gabriel’s recommended health food rolled in one. But then I wonder how much acai berries one has to eat to get the RDA.
    I’ll definitely give it a go. If I come across it over here.

      Udegbunam, I have deleted the aforementioned post(s) as you were right. I have to be more diligent in approving the comments.
      As to the Acai Berry – it has certainly many elements in it that your body needs, but you cannot compare it to Jon Gabriel’s Method of weight loss. There are certain amount of each of the essential nutrients that your body needs, and simply by taking Acai Berry you will not be able to give your body all the right dosages.

  10. Follow a healthy diet and exercise in order to use Acai for weight loss in the most beneficial way.

    Contact your doctor to make sure it’s OK for you to take Acai.

  11. Acai Berry really has to be combined with exercise and a well balance meal to feel its benefits to to body. It won’t really work on its own as a weight loss. But it does however offer the body a lot of vitamins and minerals.
